<p dir="ltr">Live cell imaging and quantitative analysis of cell growth and migration were performed label-free on the Livecyte system (Phasefocus, Sheffield). 3x10<sup>3</sup> cells (HDLECs and imLECs) in 0.2 ml complete EBM-MV2 medium were seeded per well in 96-well plates (Corning 4580) 4 hours prior to imaging. Before imaging, medium was replaced with complete EBM-MV2 containing 100ug/mL VEGFC or fresh complete EBM-MV2. Cells (four randomly selected 1mm<sup>2</sup> field of view per well) were imaged with Olympus PLN 10X (0.25NA) objective for 48 hours at 20min intervals. Single-cell tracking was acquired by Livecyte Analyse software.</p>
