Uncertainties for the Cochrane Airways Priority Setting Group (CAPSG) to rank. This survey & ranking exercise was sent out to the CAPSG by email in November 2019.

Cochrane Airways is a research group that works with authors (typically healthcare professionals and researchers) to produce Cochrane systematic reviews on asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), bronchiectasis, sleep apnoea, cough, interstitial and other lung diseases. Cochrane Airways is part of Cochrane – a global independent network of researchers, professionals, patients, carers and people interested in health.

The survey asked the CAPSG to rank their top 10 questions from a total of 99. The document provided a framework to help the group members assess each topic and a list of the 99 topics grouped into the following themes: triggers; evidence mapping; treatments (drugs); treatments (non-drug); treatments (mixed); prognosis; diagnosis; prevention and cure; service provision; other.
